Forms, Filled
For You.
Filling in legal forms by hand is slow and error-prone. Instead, upload what you already have — a photo of an ID, an invoice, an incident scene, or a scanned document — and the system reads it, matches the details to the right fields, and produces a properly formatted form. You review every field, then print and sign. Nothing is filed without you.
Three Steps, You Stay in Control
Every captured detail is shown back to you against its source before anything is committed.
Upload
Take or attach photos and documents — an ID card, an invoice, photographs of an incident, or a scanned letter. Files from the client app arrive with their time and place already attached.
Read & Match
The system reads the text and detail from what you uploaded — names, dates, amounts, addresses — and maps each piece to the right field on the correct form, drawing on the matter file where it helps.
Review & Sign
You see a completed draft with each field traceable to its source. Correct anything, then print and sign — or e-sign and file it straight to the matter with a full audit trail.

Each field is shown against the source it came from, so you can confirm it before you rely on it. You always review and sign — the form-fill prepares, it does not decide. Form-fill from upload is available to authorised firms and clients; ask about access.
Sign It, Certify It, Prove It
A filled form is only finished once it is signed — and sometimes certified as a true copy. That last step is built in, and every signature and certification can be checked later by anyone. See the legal basis for how e-signatures and certified copies stand at law — and where they don't.
Electronic Signatures
Sign on screen or on a device, with the signing valid under the Electronic Transactions Act (Qld). Every signature is time-stamped and kept with a full audit trail, and outgoing documents move through an approve-then-sign step so nothing leaves un-reviewed.
Certified True Copies
Certify a copy of an original as a true copy of the document. The certification is recorded and the certified copy carries a verification code, so the copy can be confirmed as genuine well after it leaves your hands.
Verify by QR — Against the Roll
Scan the QR code on a signed or certified document to confirm it is authentic and unaltered. Where a practitioner is involved, their signature can be checked against the Queensland Law Society roll — so the person who signed is who they say they are.
Sign a document
Enter your email to confirm it's you — we'll send a one-time sign-in link. Upload a PDF or photo and sign it there; you get back an authenticated, QR-verifiable copy, and your lawyer is notified automatically.
