Exactly what the trial does — and the access you're giving

No surprises. This is a read-only monitoring agent. Here is precisely what it looks at, and just as importantly, what it does not.

✓ What it checks (for your report)

  • Vulnerabilities — your installed software cross-checked against known CVE security advisories.
  • Security configuration — Windows hardening against industry (CIS) benchmarks: firewall, updates, account policy, etc.
  • File integrity — changes to system and program files (hashes & metadata of OS paths — not the contents of your personal documents).
  • Log & event analysis — Windows security events: failed logins, new admin accounts, malware-style behaviour.
  • System inventory — installed programs, running processes, open network ports, local user accounts.
  • Rootkit / policy checks — known malware and rootkit indicators.

✗ What it never does

  • No reading your files — it does not open, copy, or send the contents of your documents, photos or emails.
  • No keystrokes, no screen capture, no webcam, no microphone.
  • No browsing history and no tracking of what you do online.
  • No remote control — we cannot run commands on or take over your PC.
  • One machine only — it monitors the PC you install it on, nothing else on your network.
  • Yours to stop — uninstall in 30 seconds, any time, no questions.

Technically: this installs the standard open-source Wazuh agent, which sends security telemetry (the items on the left) to our Wazuh manager hosted in Australia. Your email is used only to send your report and is not shared. At the end of 14 days the agent is de-registered and the collected data is removed. Installing it requires Windows administrator rights, as any security tool does.
